with light streaming down from arched windows

illuminating the people below who come from all
over the world. See the man in the turban, the woman

in the sari, the fellow in a ushanka, a child in Wellington
boots. The light does not “spread darkly downwards”

but shines upon them all, lighting their way, guiding
them on a safe journey wherever they may go.
